View the Largest Sovereign Dollar Bonds Issued in 2025

Several sovereigns have issued dollar bonds in 2025 with multiple large deals. The issuances have come from both developed and Emerging Market (EM) countries across regions including LatAm, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. For instance, Mexico’s $12bn P-Cap issuance led the tables, followed by Saudi Arabia’s $12bn three-trancher and Kuwait’s $11.25bn three-part deal. In light of this, we have populated a list of the largest individual sovereign dollar bond issuances YTD across regions (sorted by their amount outstanding).
