Turkey Announces Tender Offer Results

Turkey announced the results of its tender offer which was launched yesterday. The Maximum Purchase Amounts for the bonds in the tender offer were as below:
- $598.25mn of its 5.6% 2024s. Amount outstanding is now $1.9bn
- $529.38mn of its 7.375% 2025s. Amount outstanding is now $2.72bn
- $207.1mn of its 4.25% 2025s. Amount outstanding is now $1.79bn
- $521.2mn of its 6.375% 2025s. Amount outstanding is now $1.98bn
None of the 2026s were bought back in the tender. The settlement of the Tender Offer is on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
Turkey’s bonds traded stable with its 8% 2034s at 110.9, yielding 6.44%.
