Lumen Announces Cash Tender Offer for Its Bonds

Lumen Technologies and its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary Level 3 Financing, Inc. commenced cash tender offers to purchase any and all of their respective outstanding bonds given in the table below.

The offer will expire on 18 November 2024. Validly tendered notes will receive the tender consideration given in the table above, plus accrued and unpaid interest.

Lumen’s dollar bonds were higher – for instance, its 4% 2027s were up by 2 points to 90.5, yielding 8.74%.
