Zhenro’s Dollar Bonds Rise as January Bond Will Be Redeemed Early

Dollar Bonds of Zhenro Properties jumped over 5% after the property developer said that it will redeem its $100mn bond due January 13, 2022 early. According to a company spokesperson, a notice to redeem the note early has been served to the trustee with the completion on January 10. The developer has also been repurchasing its bonds in small quantities in the last two months. Its 7.35% 2025s jumped 6.5 cents to 69.8 cents on the dollar on Friday.
