Embraer Buys Back $150mn of 6.95% 2028s; Concludes Tender

Embraer announced the early tender results of its offer to purchase up to $150mn of its 6.950% 2028 notes. The offer was announced on 5 February and included a fixed spread of 80bp over reference yield of 4.278% based on UST. The total consideration for accepted notes was capped at $1,045.99 per $1,000 principal, including an early tender premium of $50 for each $1,000 of notes tendered. The early tender deadline expired on 19 February and the total payment, including accrued interest, will be made on 21 February.
Its 6.95% 2028s traded stable at 104.73, yielding 5.2%
