Aditya is Managing Director with Maybank, where he heads the Group’s Loan Syndication business based out of Singapore. He has approximately 25 years of Capital Markets, Credit and Corporate Banking experience across India, Hong Kong and Singapore, having worked with Bank of America and Royal Bank of Scotland previously. Aditya is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Kolkata.

Aditya Agarwal

Andrew has been covering the corporate sector for the past 24 years. He started his career with Keppel Bank (since subsumed into OCBC) where he cut his teeth in banking. After 4 years there, he moved over to Citi where he spent the next 14 years, in 2 different roles. The first as a senior banker covering Singapore’s top-tier corporations. Subsequently, he moved up to HK to take on the role of Regional Head of Shipping, Offshore and Logistics covering the Asia Pacific region. He was based in HK for 10 years and was active in China, India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea & Japan. During the financial crisis in 2008, Andrew was head-hunted to spearhead DNB’s regional hub in Singapore where he ran the Asian office of the world’s largest shipping finance house. He spent 6 years there as Regional Head and managed a team of 18 bankers during one of the most turbulent times in living memory. At its peak, the portfolio was in excess of US$7 billion. Today he heads the large corporates desk in Singapore covering a diverse range of industries, from agri-commodities, airports, telecoms to power plants. He continues to have regional responsibility for shipping at a large multi-national bank. He is based in Singapore. Andrew spent a good part of his childhood being schooled in the UK and Europe. He lived and studied in Europe over a period of 12 year and graduated from the University of Warwick, England. He is an Economics Major.

Andrew Chiang

Alok Kochhar has over three decades of banking and management experience working in various businesses/geographies across Bank of America Merrill Lynch Asia-Pacific franchise. He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in May 1982 and left them in December 2014 as Vice Chairman, Asia, Corporate Banking. Over his long career in BAML, he has managed FIG, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Credit Products, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance and Risk Management functions for the Bank and as a result has developed a deep holistic knowledge of financial environments, regulatory frameworks and market challenges across the region. He has worked in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hong Kong and Singapore and has played an integral role in the establishment of several new businesses for the Bank.Alok, based in Singapore, is a Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group Financial Services practice. He is on the board of Catholic Syrian Bank and founder of Capitaloptima Advisory Private Limited and Inaltare Consulting Private Limited, boutique restructuring, resolution and capital raising advisory firms. Alok is the President of Beyond Social Services an VWO focused on at risk children from challenged neighborhoods in SingaporeAlok is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Delhi and received his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Alok Kochhar

Pramod has extensive experience in debt markets. As the regional head of financial institutions for Mizuho Securities’ Debt Capital Markets team, he covered most financial issuers across South East Asia, India and Hong Kong. Prior to that Pramod was the Head of Capital Solutions at Standard Chartered, advising financial institutions on capital structure and capital instruments, before which he was with Lehman Brothers and Nomura in London, covering UK and Irish financial institutions. Pramod has a deep interest in the area of eldercare. He is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Pramod Shenoi

Ryan is the Global Head of Blockchain, Digital Assets and Innovation for Citi’s Securities Services business. In this role, Ryan is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s strategy, driving digital product development, external partnerships and industry initiatives. Ryan works closely with clients and market participants to drive innovation and market change. With 27 years of experience across the securities services industry, Ryan has held senior positions within Operations, Product Management and Product Development. For the past five years Ryan has held roles leading innovation and emerging technologies. Ryan holds a B.A. Honors degree in business and economics.

Ryan Marsh

Rajesh Johar is the Managing Director of Avani Resources Pte. Ltd., a trading firm with expertise in commodity-trading specifically for uses in Energy and Infrastructure Industries. Prior to his journey in Avani, he has gathered years of experience in prestigious institutions such as SCB and Credit Suisse, where he was a Director in transaction banking and VP in fixed income. He is an alumni of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore, India. Rajesh is a citizen and resident of Singapore.

Rajesh Johar

Cho-Teng is a Senior Director at UOB Kay Hian, Structured Finance, where her main duty revolves around arranging debt transactions for clients. She has more than two decades of experience in the finance and banking industry. Prior to joining UOB Kay Hian, Cho-Teng was a Director at Potato Productions where she looked at Edutech. During the earlier part of her career, she served as a Director, Loan Syndications in Standard Chartered Bank before moving on to BNP Paribas where she undertook the role of a Managing Director, Loan Capital Markets Asia.

Kooi Cho-Teng

Anvesh is a Managing Director at MassMutual Ventures and co-heads MassMutual Ventures’ investment efforts in Asia. Prior to MassMutual Ventures, Anvesh was a Director and Head of Investments at Openspace Ventures, where he was part of the founding team. He started his career at Citi in the TMT Investment Banking team, during which he spent around 8 years in Hong Kong and Mumbai on M&A and financial advisory work with clients in the APAC region. Anvesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University and an MBA from T.A. Pai Management Institute. Anvesh currently serves as a Director on the Boards of BondEvalue, Biofourmis, Lynk, See-Mode, Milieu Insight and Qapita.

Anvesh Ramineni

Rahul is a Fixed Income banker with deep expertise in Asian Capital markets. Prior to starting BondbloX, Rahul was the Global Head for International Corporates, Financial Market Sales at Standard Chartered Bank. His team was based across all the major SCB dealing rooms and covered the Fixed Income needs of large corporate clients. Prior to this he was MD and Regional Head of Capital Markets for South Asia. He was also a member of the Bank’s Capital Markets Global Management team. The team was responsible for debt fundraising across both international and domestic markets. For 2014, they won the Business World-PWC Foreign currency Bond Dealmaker of the year among many other awards from IFR, Asset AAA magazine etc. Over the course of his career he has worked at Nomura Securities Singapore, Credit Suisse and Citibank. He graduated from Delhi College of Engineering and did his MBA from the Indian School of Business (Dean's List), where he received the HSBC scholarship for leadership. He holds two patents in his name. Rahul lives in Singapore with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. Rahul Banerjee

Rajaram is a financial technologist, with a passion for building products that are ahead of their times. Over the past two decades he has been at the forefront of several waves of technology paradigm shifts, from monoliths to microservices, on-premises to public cloud and large servers to micro-containers. He is now leading the effort to build the world’s first regulated blockchain based bond exchange. Prior to joining BondbloX, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury and Markets technology at DBS Asia Hub 2. In that role he led a team of 175 technologists His focus was on growing the team, building agility, developing technical leadership and creating innovation. In his career, he has worn many hats from Software Development, Architecture, Product Management and Marketing to Senior Leadership. He has worked with companies such as Verifone, Hewlett Packard, Support.com and ADP across multiple enterprise and consumer software products. BondbloX is his second entrepreneurial venture, previously, he was a partner in Levitum Software Labs building mobile and digital applications at scale. He is a computer science engineer from RV College of Engineering and a business graduate from the founding batch at the Indian School of Business. In his spare time he is either trying to reduce his golfing handicap or diving exotic underwater locations.

Rajaram Kannan

Tan Ting Yong is an Singapore based entrepreneur who has co-founded Simill Resources Development Pte Ltd, a joint venture with Tangshan Ganglu Iron and Steel Co Ltd of China, and is involved in the mineral exploration, mining and trading, Greenergi Pte Ltd, a company focusing on extracting energy from green crops as well as Caplink Pte Ltd, a management consulting company helping companies in fundraising. He currently serves as the Head of Private Equity in Octava, where his day-to-day duties involve the overseeing of Octava’s investment portfolio, evaluation of new investment opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.

Geoff is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years experience, working in some of the world’s largest Financial institutions both in the UK and Singapore. He started his career in audit at Pricewaterhousecoopers, before moving into Financial reporting roles in Schroders Asset Management and The Bank of New York. He moved to Singapore with Credit Suisse in 2009, where he headed the Accounting and Regulatory Assurance team for APAC. Prior to joining BondbloX, Geoff was responsible for supporting the global Trade Finance business at Standard Chartered Bank. Geoff graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Business Studies (Hons).

Geoff Logan

Ram Ganesan is a seasoned fintech leader with over 2 decades of experience in fixed income electronic trading. Prior to joining BondbloX, he spent over 18 years at MarketAxess where he held roles across technology development, product management, sales and business development and regulatory liaison, in New York and Singapore. In his most recent role, he built the firm’s Southeast business working with global and regional dealers across the region, while promoting electronic trading with institutional investors and regulators. He is a CFA Charterholder and is passionate about promoting financial literacy with middle school and high school students. His hobbies are golf, cycling and kayaking. He lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife, two daughters and a Golden Retriever.

Ram Ganesan

Abel is a fixed income professional, with an aptitude for numbers and a passion for budding ecosystems. Being amongst the founding members of the business, Abel has been part of BondbloX’s growth since the beginning and has worked on multiple products and projects. Abel currently heads the fixed income data team and is involved in product development. Abel is also the interim head of Compliance, overseeing AML/KYC and regulatory compliance matters. Abel graduated from Singapore Management University with a degree in Economics (Hons) and a second major in Actuarial Science.

Abel Khoo

Raahil joined the BondbloX team in September 2017 while pursuing the MSc in Wealth Management Program at SMU. At BondbloX, Raahil closely tracks the Asian bond markets to sift through news and price data to provide accurate and timely information to BondbloX users. He is also working on new products that deploy data analytical tools and AI. Prior to this, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst covering Capital Goods and Renewable Energy at HDFC Securities – Institutional Research in Mumbai, India. He has previously worked with the Analytics team at Debtwire and the Risk Consulting team at KPMG. He has passed all 3 levels of the CFA Program and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

Pramod Nagasamudram

Sachin has over two decades of fixed income and banking experience working at Citibank . Before joining BondbloX he was the head of Corporate Sales and Structuring team at Citi Malaysia. He was responsible for advising corporates on their financial market strategies and risk management methods. Prior to that, he was based in Hong Kong working closely with the investment banking team in the debt and fixed income space structuring products for various types of capital market transactions. He spent several years at Citi India helping large corporations with their treasury needs.  He completed his Master’s in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore and is currently based out of Dubai.
