Royal Caribbean raised $1.25bn via a long 7Y bond at a yield of 5.578%, ~27.5bp inside initial guidance of T+130/135bp area. The senior unsecured note is rated Baa2/BBB/BBB. Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt under its floating rate tranche of the ICON 3 Export Credit Facility.

The senior unsecured notes are rated Aa2/AA+, and received peak orders of over $115bn, 4.6x issue size. Alphabet last priced $20bn of bonds in February, and subsequently issued notes in CHF, GBP, EUR, CAD and JPY. Debt sales ultimately exceeded $50bn in 1H2026.
