Lumen Announces Tender Offer Results

Lumen announced the results of its tender offer launched earlier this month. The details are given in the table below:
While the above notes were accepted, Lumen simultaneously amended the offer to purchase its 6.875% debentures due 2028 and Level 3 Financing’s 4.25% 2028s to increase the tender consideration for the notes and extend the expiration deadline to November 25, from the prior November 18.
