This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager based in Singapore. The role requires a focus on achieving business goals while ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and mission.
Your role
- Business Management: Strong skills in business strategy, operational planning, and resource management.
- Financial Audit: Experience in business finance, monthly accounts, year audits is a key requirement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in managing teams, leading cross-functional projects, and mentoring team members.
- Market Analysis and Research: Expertise in analysing industry trends, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and ensuring profitability.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in business tools and software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior work experience in the fintech or financial markets is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
